Dissemination and Implementation Program
The Consortium for Translational and Precision Health’s Dissemination and Implementation Program (D&I) is the translation engine of the Houston CTPH. The D&I Program accelerates the uptake of research findings into clinical setting with healthcare systems and the community by:
Providing consultations and resources to investigators
Training researchers in implementation science and practice
Faciliting connections between investigators and implementation scientist
Consultation
The D&I Program provides consultation services to Baylor College of Medicine and the University of Houston researchers. Up to two hours of consultation are provided at no cost. Additional consultation is available at an hourly rate.
Services include:
Selecting implementation theories, models and framework
Implementation study design
Evaluation frameworks
Consensus building
Human-centered design
Identifying appropriate implementation methodology
