Strategic Management

Strategic Management promotes communication, quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement across the CTPH. Strategic Management is a primary driver of developing, demonstrating, and disseminating innovations across the translational spectrum to advance our vision. Strategic Management also creates a culture that fosters collaboration among CTPH members, partners and our local community.
