Service for Early-Career Investigators Preparing R01 Grants
Early-career investigators preparing to submit or resubmit an R01 grant now have a new resource to strengthen their proposals before submission.
First R Studio, a service offered by the Consortium for Translational and Precision Health, is a structured grant development program designed to provide targeted, expert feedback at a critical stage in the application process.
First R Studios are 90-minute sessions where selected investigators present their proposals to a multidisciplinary panel of reviewers. Participants engage in focused discussion to address key scientific, methodological and strategic challenges to help refine proposals and increase the likelihood of funding success.
Investigators interested in participating may apply during an upcoming open application cycle.
CTPH will host an informational webinar on Tuesday, May 5 from noon to 1 p.m. CT via Microsoft Teams. The session will provide an overview of the program.
