Dissemination and Implementation

The Consortium for Translational and Precision Health's (CTPH) Dissemination and Implementation (D&I) Program accelerates the translation of research discoveries into practice across healthcare systems and community settings by:

  • Providing consultations and resources to investigators

  • Training researchers in implementation science and practice

  • Facilitating connections between investigators and implementation scientist

Consultation

The D&I Program provides consultation services to Baylor College of Medicine and the University of Houston researchers. Up to two hours of consultation are provided at no cost. Additional consultation is available at an hourly rate.

Services include:

  • Selecting implementation theories, models and framework

  • Implementation study design

  • Evaluation frameworks

  • Consensus building

  • Human-centered design

  • Identifying appropriate implementation methodology
